Members have access to Accident Only Emergency Outpatient Care benefits to help with the expense of an accident.
If an Accident causes the Member to receive treatment in a Physician’s office, an Outpatient Unit (Urgent Care), or an emergency room of a Hospital, this benefit will pay up to $300 annually for each family member included on the Alliance membership.
- Primary Member $300/occurrence
- Spouse/Domestic Partner $300/occurrence
- Dependent Children $300/occurrence
This benefit is currently offered as part of the optional Health Superpack.

Accident Only Emergency Outpatient Care benefits are payable for outpatient care provided as a result of an accident. Accident means a sudden, unforeseen and unexpected event which 1) happens by chance; 2)arises from source external to the insured person; is independent of illness, disease or other bodily malfunction or medical or surgical treatment thereof; 4) occurs while the insured person is insured under this policy which is in force; and 5) is the direct cause of loss. Coverage is per family member.
