A Complete Path to Mental Health

Teladoc Mental Health Complete (MHC) offers convenient, full-spectrum mental health care through a stepped-care approach that matches services to individual needs. Members can access digital tools, coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and crisis support—all in one program. 

Thousands of people use the Mental Health service for a variety of reasons, and most people report feeling better after their third visit. 

Services include Coaches, Licensed Therapists and Psychiatrists, self-guided digital programs, and phone or video visits. Appointments are available seven days a week, insurance is not required, and members may choose their provider.

Care options and fees:

• Digital programs and Coaching: included at no additional cost
• Therapy: $99 per visit 
• Psychiatry: $245 initial visit / $109 follow-up

Available to members ages 18+ and eligible dependents ages 13–17**.

**Consultations with a psychiatrist are not available for eligible dependents between the ages of 13 and 17, and a parent/guardian must be present at the start and conclusion of each initial consultation. Other restrictions may apply.
