Aflac Insurance

Aflac supplemental insurance is an extra layer of financial protection that pays cash directly to you to help cover out-of-pocket expenses in the event of a covered accident or illness. Use it to help pay for your deductibles, copays, prescriptions, as well as the costs associated with missing work or managing the household while recovering.

Key aspects of Aflac
  • Supplemental insurance:
Aflac policies are designed to supplement your primary health insurance, not replace it.
  • Cash benefits:
You receive cash, not payments to doctors or hospitals, giving you the freedom to use it for your most pressing needs.
  • Works with primary insurance:
Aflac’s benefits are paid regardless of what your primary insurance covers, offering an extra layer of financial protection.
Coverages
  • Accident Insurance
Accidents happen when you least expect them. This coverage provides cash benefits to help with the costs associated with an unexpected injury, such as ER visits, physical therapy, and even non-medical expenses like rent or groceries while you recover.
Note: This coverage is not available in ID, MD, MN, NH, NM, NY, OH, PR, VT, and WA.
  • Cancer Insurance
A cancer diagnosis can be emotionally and financially taxing. This plan is designed to provide a financial safety net, paying cash benefits directly to you to help cover out-of-pocket medical expenses and daily living costs, allowing you to focus on what matters most: your recovery. This plan also allows you to add children/ grandchildren until the age of 26 at no charge.
  • Critical Illness Insurance
A major medical event, like a heart attack or stroke, shouldn’t lead to a financial crisis. Critical Illness insurance provides a lump-sum benefit upon diagnosis of a covered illness, giving you the flexibility to pay for specialized treatment or manage your regular monthly bills.
Note: This coverage is not available in NY and NH.
